Double Crusted Spinach Quiche

***CRUST***
5 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup Crisco
1 1/3 cups water
***QUICHE***
6 eggs
5 frozen boxes spinach
1 pound feta cheese
3 bunches scallions
1 pound pot cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon olive oil
Divide Crust batter into 2 sections. Line a 9 X 11 pan. Mix together filling an
d pour in. Cover with top crust. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is light brown
